Meet Doctor Sara Cody

I’ve always had a passion or love for sciences that was definitely from starting from high school and into college that I knew that sciences was my thing, especially the human body. From there, it was figuring out then, you know, how do I apply that long-term to…in my life and what am I going to choose for a career?

So I did job shadow a female dentist that I’ll never forget in college. And she was just so inspiring. And what I loved about it is how I could, you know, apply the love of the sciences, the human body to a really specific part to really learn and understand the oral cavity.

Then also to have a business of your own. And also to create a team and create a positive environment for myself and others around me.

The most rewarding part definitely is taking someone that’s super insecure and has this phobia of coming into a dental office and changing them from that fear or not smiling to be able to change their life and be able to smile with confidence. The smile I’ve learned through all the years that I’ve practiced is how priceless a smile and be able to smile with confidence is.
